We will be performing a scheduled maintenance to update the Comply Shopify Admin application to support onboarding and NF525 compliance for France overseas territories. After this update, the application will support all five French TVA territories: Metropolitan France (including Monaco), Guadeloupe, Martinique, and Réunion.
During this maintenance window, merchants may experience intermittent issues loading the Shopify Admin app, including temporary unavailability or slow load times. Normal service will be restored once the deployment is complete.
No action is required from merchants. If you continue to experience issues after the maintenance window has ended, please contact our support team.
